Grace brings a winning combination of logistical precision and creative intuition to the JLE team. With a BBA in Hospitality & Hotel Management from Dallas Baptist University—and an MBA in progress—Grace has planned and executed destination weddings across Italy, Mexico, the Bahamas, and Canada. Her background spans roles in event planning, floral design, and strategic client coordination, making her a powerful behind-the-scenes ally.
A checklist queen capable of quieting any operational storm, Julie Fried is responsible for making magic happen from behind the curtain at JLE.
With a background in musical theatre, Julie pursued her degree while performing on several Dallas stages, later spending nearly a decade with the Dallas Mavericks organization. While at the Mavs, Julie also launched her own wedding planning business. That dual career path led her to a deeper love of systems and operations. With a gift for people-first problem solving, she keeps our behind-the-scenes gears turning with clarity, efficiency, and just the right amount of wit.
